Bryan is the Managing Director of LML Insurance Group and manages the company’s corporate client portfolio.
Bryan joined the Insurance industry in 1989 as an Account Executive for South African Eagle in South Africa. In 1994 he emigrated to South Australia and joined FAI as State Claims Manager. 1997 saw a move to QBE as Business Development Manager and a promotion in 1999 to Regional Compliance Manager.
Bryan entered the International Broking world in 2001 as State Manager Insolvency Risk Practice for Willis South Australia, moving to Account Director Corporate Risks in 2004. In 2008 he was promoted again to State General Manager, South Australia and in 2010 he widened his portfolio by taking on the role as State General Manager Western Australia.
After a short stint in a local brokerage as MD he co-founded Quididity Risk & Insurance Services with his wife in 2015 and operated under a national broking company license as JV.
In 2021 Quiddity Risk & Insurance Services bought their JV partner out and rebranded to LML Insurance Group in 2021, moving over from the Austbroker network to Steadfast, under the license of Community Broker Network (CBN).
In 2010 Bryan served on the National Insurance Brokers Association Committee WA, progressing to Vice-Chair in 2015 and Chairman from 2017 to 2019.
Bryan holds a Diploma in Financial Services (Insurance Broking), is accredited as a Qualified Practicing Insurance Broker (Q.P.I.B) and ANZIIF Senior Associate Certified Insurance Practitioner (C.I.P).
Bryan is a keen sailor, having represented the South African Sailing Team and is a dab hand in the kitchen. He enjoys traveling, relaxing on the water, sharing a wine with family and friends and cooking.

Kirstin
Director & Co-Founder

Kirstin Manages the Trade Credit Insurance Portfolio and heads up claims within the organisation.
She began her career in Insurance in 2003 when she spearheaded Niche International Trade Credit Insurance Specialists Kwazulu Natal branch in South Africa, increasing her Regional Managers position to include the Western Cape in 2005.
In 2007 she immigrated to Perth, Western Australia where she continued in her field of Trade Credit Insurance as a Senior Sales Executive with National Credit Insurance Brokers (NCI) who she remained with until 2014 before deciding to offer her clients a wider service from the General Insurance world.
In 2014 Kirstin studied, through National Insurance Brokers Association (NIBA), to obtain her Diploma of Insurance Broking in preparation to enter the General Insurance Industry.
In 2015 she co-founded Quiddity Risk & Insurance Services and operated as a Joint Venture Partner with a national broking company under their license.
In 2021 Quiddity Risk & Insurance Services bought their JV partner out and rebranded to LML Insurance Group in 2021, moving over from the Austbroker network to Steadfast, under the license of Community Broker Network (CBN).
Kirstin holds a Diploma of Insurance Broking and a Diploma in Social Sciences. She is accredited as a Qualified Practicing Insurance Broker (Q.P.I.B) and ANZIIF Senior Associate Certified Insurance Practitioner (C.I.P).
Kirstin is a keen cyclist and sports enthusiast. She loves traveling, spending time with family and friends, listening to live music and chilling on the water.
