My husband and I were recommended to Bryan and Kirstin and they did not disappoint.
They are both extremely professional, easy to communicate with and on the ball! They had all our insurance’s updated and refinanced at a lower rate within days. We even got all our compliance certificates emailed to us immediately and did not have to ask for a copy of them as we have had to do in the past. Even when making a recent travel insurance claim, there was minimal paperwork and effort on my behalf because LML ensured our claim was handled quickly and efficiently.

Originally they provided cover for our suburban property and contents as well other elements such as our caravan; and when Sharon and I moved to our current farming property they naturally became our first “check-in” to make sure we had the right coverage for the house, sheds, machinery, fences, water tanks… I’m sure you get the picture. They even provided the construction insurance cover for the second house which has now been built on the block.

The coverage provided was fully comprehensive which is difficult to achieve in a bushfire prone area and more importantly it was cost effective and great value for money, particularly when we took the option of a payment plan to optimise the cash flow.
